Job Description
Join a newly opening outpatient physical therapy clinic dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care in a collaborative and supportive environment. This opportunity offers the autonomy of a locally owned practice with proven clinical systems, sustainable caseloads, and opportunities for long-term professional growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about building meaningful patient relationships while helping establish a new clinic known for clinical excellence. Specialized training is available for therapists interested in vestibular, balance, orthopedic, or pelvic health rehabilitation.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and diagnostic assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Provide skilled outpatient physical therapy interventions and patient education
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and progress notes
- Help build the clinic's reputation through exceptional patient care and professional excellence
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
- Minimum of two years of clinical physical therapy experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Interest in vestibular, balance, orthopedic, or pelvic health rehabilitation (training provided)
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.
