Job Description
We are hiring a Payroll Administrator to support a dynamic and detail-driven team. This position is responsible for managing recurring payroll cycles, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The role is more aligned with accounting functions than HR, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy, reconciliation, and reporting. This opportunity is available due to an upcoming retirement and includes a structured transition period for training and knowledge transfer.
What You Will Do
- Execute weekly payroll processing for a 50+ employee workforce
- Maintain and audit payroll records to ensure accuracy
- Prepare and distribute standard payroll-related reports
- Monitor compliance with applicable payroll laws and requirements
- Assist with additional accounting support and documentation
What You Bring
- At least 2 years of hands-on payroll processing experience
- High level of accuracy and attention to numerical detail
- Ability to manage deadlines within a recurring payroll schedule
- Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus

The base salary range for this position is $70000 – $80000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
