Job Description
As a Packer, you will support daily warehouse and shipping operations by ensuring customer orders are accurate and properly prepared for shipment. You will check pulled products for correct items and quantities, organize products on skids, and securely band completed orders. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Responsibilities:
· Check pulled products for accuracy, correct quantities, and order requirements
· Organize and stack products safely and securely on skids
· Band and secure completed skids for shipment
· Inspect products for visible damage or discrepancies before shipping
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse work area
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Previous warehouse, packing, shipping, or distribution experience preferred
· Strong attention to detail and ability to verify order accuracy
· Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday
· Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team

The base salary for this position is approximately $35,360 annually, based on a $17.00 hourly rate and a standard full-time schedule, excluding benefits, bonuses, overtime, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
