Job Description:
A packer is responsible for efficiently and accurately preparing items for shipment by selecting, inspecting, packing, and labeling products according to company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Pack, weigh, and label completed items for shipment
- Inspect products for defects or damages before packing
- Ensure correct items and quantities are packed per order
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow company safety procedures and guidelines
- Assemble boxes and packaging materials as needed
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving ability
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50-75 lbs
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen

The base salary range for this position is $16.00/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
