Job Description
In this position, you will support daily facility operations in a fast-paced fulfillment and distribution environment. You will assist with administrative support, inventory research, cycle counts, reporting, associate onboarding, and order fulfillment activities while helping maintain quality, productivity, and operational accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Operations Support Supervisor to support facility services while complying with company policies and procedures
- Provide standard information about policies and procedures and communicate updates on changes as applicable
- Complete ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested, identifying trends and opportunities related to process gaps to help drive operational improvements
- Work within established parameters to meet quality and productivity metrics
- Complete basic inbound and outbound discrepancy research, partnering with leadership to resolve issues and identify next steps
- Provide guard shack and general administrative support
- Perform scheduled cycle counts of product in the facility while monitoring and verifying process audits, damages, and hazmat processing are completed daily
- Perform product recounts when inventory differences occur
- Complete reverse logistics key activities
- Perform customer wave and allocation activities in the order fulfillment process
- Keep leadership informed of potential issues or problems related to supporting established timelines
- Onboard associates and assist associates with payroll and benefits enrollment
- Complete ad hoc projects as assigned by leader
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience in an operations support role
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Distribution center operations experience preferred
- Experience with software applications such as Excel, Access, or Lowe's WMS system preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with strong prioritization and time management skills
- Experience using troubleshooting processes to resolve problems preferred

If you are hired, your salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
