Job Description
The Administrative Coordinator / Plant Support role is responsible for supporting daily plant operations through administrative tasks, recordkeeping, data entry, communication support, and project coordination. This position plays an important part in maintaining documentation, supporting compliance initiatives, coordinating training and onboarding activities, and assisting multiple departments with day-to-day operational needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate, track, and maintain employee training records and meeting attendance
• Support the training facility by maintaining supplies, receiving goods, and coordinating meetings with the offsite Training Coordinator
• Organize departmental records and maintain accurate documentation
• Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all assigned tasks
• Perform additional administrative and operational support duties as assigned

• 1–2 years of related administrative or operational support experience preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn company systems
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• High school diploma or GED required
