Job Description
As an OMD Process Technician, you will work closely with the engineering team to support, maintain, and optimize advanced robotics and automated production equipment. You will be assigned a section containing multiple machines and be responsible for ensuring reliable equipment performance and maintaining production quality standards through hands-on support and technical troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Train and work directly with the engineering team to support production processes.
- Own and maintain an assigned section that includes multiple machines and systems.
- Operate and maintain advanced robotics and automated machinery.
- Perform daily equipment checks using a startup checklist to ensure operational readiness.
- Conduct equipment calibration and minor hardware repairs.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, including:
Qualifications and Requirements
- Vocational course graduate or associate degree in a technical field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in assembly processes and equipment.
- Preferred: 3 years of equipment technician experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with
- Soldering techniques
Microscopes
Electro-mechanical tools
Measurement devices - Familiarity with robotics, automation, and troubleshooting tools.
