Job Description
As an OMD Process Technician, you will support the equipment and production engineers in maintaining, troubleshooting, and calibrating production machinery. This role plays a vital part in ensuring production meets quality standards through efficient and reliable equipment performance.
Responsibilities
- Perform equipment calibration, minor repairs, and troubleshooting
- Modify parameters and program automated equipment
- Support engineers in experiments and assist in device rework or soldering tasks
- Maintain equipment and ensure optimal operating condition
- Report technical issues to engineering and production leadershi
- Minor equipment repairs
- Equipment program troubleshooting.
- Program new automated equipment and parameter modifications.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Vocational Course Graduate or associate degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience in assembly processes and equipment
- Preferred: 3 years of equipment technician experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with soldering, microscopes, electro-mechanical tools, and measurement devices
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Access), good verbal communication skills, and manual dexterity
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and a reliable team player
