Job Description
As a Mold Prep Associate, you will prepare molds used in the casting process by cleaning, inspecting, and assembling them to ensure they meet quality standards before production. This role is essential to maintaining efficient operations and producing high-quality castings
Responsibilities:
- Clean, inspect, and prepare molds for production.
- Assemble and disassemble mold components as needed.
- Apply mold coatings or release agents following work instructions.
- Inspect molds for wear, damage, or defects and report any issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience in manufacturing or production is preferred.
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

The base salary for this position is $18.50/hr.+ based on experience, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
