Job Description
A well-established precision manufacturing company is seeking a 3rd Shift Metal Finisher to prepare and finish metal components used in demanding applications. This hands-on position involves deburring and other metal-finishing processes, with previous metal deburring experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect metal castings according to established work instructions and quality standards
- Perform deburring, grit blasting, degreasing, water washing, and other required finishing processes
- Perform black light rework as required
- Handle precision components carefully throughout the finishing process
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous metal deburring or metal finishing experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and established quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to train on 1st shift before transitioning to 3rd shift
- Ability to work the regular Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM schedule
