Job Description
We are seeking a dependable Material Handler to support manufacturing operations at a San Antonio facility. This position involves moving materials around the shop floor and yard, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate has manual labor experience, is comfortable working outdoors and in a non-climate-controlled environment, and can safely handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in
accuracy and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Safely move, pull, pack, and prepare finished goods and materials for shipment
- Rig and secure loads using proper hand signals and tie-down procedures
- Build dunnage safely using a pneumatic nail gun and accurately pack and count orders
- Complete handwritten paperwork and submit transactions to the shipping office
- Follow all company, HSE, quality, PPE, and safety policies and procedures
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous manual labor experience required
- Comfortable working outdoors and in a non-climate-controlled facility, including exposure to sun
- Ability to read a tape measure and proficiency in reading and writing English
- Previous experience using a wood saw is highly preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform standing, walking, bending, pushing/pulling, and repetitive movements throughout the workday

The base pay range for this position is $20.02–$20.02 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
