Job Description:
As a Manual Machine Operator, you will play a key role in preparing, assembling, and inspecting automotive components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Daily tasks include using hand and power tools, manual machines, following detailed work instructions, and ensuring products meet strict quality standards before testing and shipment. You will also handle materials between processes and support various production lines. Safety and precision are critical to success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install product components using hand and power tools
- Washing, cleaning, and grinding of parts
- Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met
- Set up and operator manual lathes
- Prepare products for testing, inspection, packaging, and shipment
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and read specifications
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and manual machines
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a physically active environment
- High school diploma or GED preferred
