Job Description
Join a fast-paced warehouse team as a Forklift Operator / Cherry Picker, where you’ll play a key role in safely and efficiently handling materials, fulfilling orders, and supporting daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for picking orders by hand, operating cherry picker equipment, using RF scanners, maintaining accurate inventory counts, and following all safety procedures, including properly wearing a full-body safety harness. You’ll help ensure orders are completed accurately, inventory is organized, and operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Operate a cherry picker and/or sit-down forklift. ( must not be scared of Heights)
- Ensure accurate order selection and inventory management.
- Follow safety and quality assurance standards.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in order selection, distribution, or warehouse operations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Proven track record of good attendance.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Flexibility to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
