Job Description
Looking for skilled Maintenance Mechanics with experience maintaining and repairing fabrication and production equipment.
Responsibilities:
• Assess machinery and equipment to accurately diagnose and repair issues
• Assemble, install, and maintain mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment
• Diagnose and repair machine failures
• Inspect equipment for malfunctions
• Follow industry best practices, SOPs, LOTO procedures, and other safety guidelines
• Maintain a preventive maintenance schedule for inspecting, servicing, and testing machinery
• Log performed maintenance work through either paper documentation or a CMMS
• Respond immediately to emergency situations as needed
• Train equipment operators on preventive maintenance procedures
• Perform general maintenance work on buildings and equipment as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:
• High school diploma, certificate program, or vocational training.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of maintenance mechanic experience.
• Experience with Salvagnini, Elumatec, and Cincinnati equipment is a plus.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical production and facility equipment.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including Physical, Audiometric, and Respiratory evaluations.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of maintenance mechanic experience.
