Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Foreman with a strong background in truck, trailer, hydraulic, and equipment maintenance. This role will lead maintenance activities, troubleshoot equipment issues, oversee preventive maintenance, and help keep equipment operating safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has hands-on diagnostic experience, can read and understand schematics, and has previous leadership experience in a maintenance environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities while providing direction and support to the maintenance team
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair trucks, trailers, hydraulic systems, and other equipment
- Perform and oversee preventive maintenance (PM) and diagnostic work to reduce equipment downtime
- Read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical schematics to identify and resolve equipment issues
- Respond to maintenance needs during on-call hours and work with operations leadership to prioritize repairs and keep equipment running safely and efficiently
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience in a truck, trailer, hydraulic, or equipment maintenance environment
- Strong hands-on experience with truck, trailer, hydraulic, and equipment maintenance
- Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical schematics
- Experience performing and overseeing preventive maintenance (PM)
- Strong mechanical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Must be available for on-call hours
- High School Diploma or GED preferred

The base salary range for this position is $33-38 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
