Job Description
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating automatic packing equipment, performing quality inspections, and supporting continuous production. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating automatic packing equipment, performing quality inspections, and supporting continuous production. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate automatic packing machines to ensure continuous line production
- Conduct quality checks on products and equipment
- Apply identification labels to each carton accurately
- Document case counts, rework, control points, and quality checks
- Perform minor adjustments and repairs to equipment as needed
- Provide guidance and training to Utility Technicians in the area
- Maintain a safe and clean work area
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Must successfully complete equipment training
- Basic math skills (addition and subtraction without a calculator)
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift, reach, and stand as required for job duties

The base pay range for this position is $22-25/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
