Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inside Sales Support & Logistics Coordinator to support daily sales operations while ensuring the efficient movement of customer orders from entry through delivery. This position combines inside sales support, customer service, logistics coordination, and e-commerce product management into one dynamic role.
The ideal candidate is a strong multitasker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service while maintaining accurate order processing and shipping coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and process customer orders in a timely manner
- Print, review, and release orders for warehouse fulfillment
- Generate invoices and verify billing accuracy
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, product availability, shipping updates, and order changes
- Resolve order discrepancies by collaborating with internal departments
- Provide outstanding customer service through phone and email communication
- Maintain accurate customer records and supporting documentation
- Coordinate outbound shipments using parcel, LTL, and freight carriers
- Create and process Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping documentation
- Schedule carrier pickups and coordinate delivery appointments
- Route shipments through vendor Transportation Management System (TMS) portals
- Track shipments and proactively communicate delays or shipping issues
- Partner with warehouses and freight providers to ensure on-time deliveries
- Maintain shipping records and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Update and maintain product listings across customer and e-commerce platforms
- Enter and verify product descriptions, SKUs, pricing, specifications, and product attributes
- Upload and manage product images and digital assets
- Communicate with vendors to obtain updated product information and marketing materials
- Audit online product listings for accuracy and resolve inconsistencies
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, inside sales support, order processing, logistics coordination, or a related field
- Experience with freight coordination, routing, shipping documentation, and Bills of Lading (BOLs) preferred
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Experience using ERP systems or order management software preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly learn new products, systems, and operational processes
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information

The base salary range for this position is $BOE, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
