Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment according to established procedures
- Load, unload, and handle materials throughout the manufacturing process
- Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Assemble and package products according to specifications
- Utilize hand tools and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow work instructions and production documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Support team goals and production targets
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening

The base salary for this position is $16/hr. or more based on experience, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
