Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and highly motivated Leasing Assistant to join our team at a luxury Class A apartment community. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing information
- Respond to phone and email inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Assist with marketing, leasing paperwork, and community events
- Provide excellent customer service to current and future residents
- Ensure the office and model units are clean and show-ready
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous Class A leasing experience is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work Monday–Friday & rotating weekends (Saturday & Sunday, 10 AM – 4 PM)
- Comfortable using leasing software and standard office technology
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
