Job Description:
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing raw materials, packaging supplies (e.g., cans, bottles, shrink film, cartons), and finished beverages.
- Perform routine cycle counts and physical inventory audits to identify and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure all materials are correctly labeled with lot numbers, expiration dates, and barcodes upon receipt.
- Issue materials to production lines according to production schedules and pull sheets.
- Record real-time inventory movements in Nulogy.
- Support production changeovers by returning unused materials and ensuring proper lot segregation.
- Coordinate with account team for disposal of rejected materials.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to quarantine expired or non-conforming materials and assist in proper documentation.
- Generate and distribute inventory reports for internal teams and clients as required.
- Uphold safety, sanitation, and GMP standards at all times in line with beverage industry regulations.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of inventory or warehouse experience in the beverage or food packaging industry.
- Familiar with inventory systems, barcode scanning, and ERP/WMS platforms (SAP, NetSuite, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple SKUs and lot codes.
- Ability to read and interpret production records and inventory reports.
- Experience with FIFO, lot tracking, and GMP compliance strongly preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent physical activity (standing, lifting, operating pallet jacks).
- Forklift certification is a plus.
