Job Summary:
The Inspection Associate is responsible for inspecting automotive parts and materials to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications. This position plays a key role in identifying defects, maintaining production quality, and supporting overall manufacturing operations within the facility.
The Inspection Associate is responsible for inspecting automotive parts and materials to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications. This position plays a key role in identifying defects, maintaining production quality, and supporting overall manufacturing operations within the facility.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect automotive parts and components for defects, damage, or inconsistencies
- Perform visual and manual quality inspections according to company standards
- Sort and separate defective parts from acceptable products
- Document inspection results and report quality concerns to supervisors
- Assist with rework or containment activities when required
- Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
