Job Description
As an Injection Operator, you will be responsible for operating molding equipment to manufacture precision components used in advanced industrial applications. You will work closely with the production team to ensure quality standards and production goals are met.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate molding equipment
- Monitor product quality and inspect parts for defects
- Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate production records and machine settings
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Mechanical aptitude required
- Previous machine operation or molding experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements

Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
