Job Description
As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. This role requires adherence to established cleaning procedures, health and safety standards, and company values. You will work both independently and alongside team members and volunteers to support daily housekeeping operations. Strong attention to detail and reliability are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
• Follow established cleaning programs and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all assigned areas
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility daily
• Perform sanitation and sterilization procedures while maintaining proper documentation
• Communicate supply needs, equipment issues, and facility concerns to the Housekeeping Lead
• Assist with training and working alongside volunteers while promoting safety and efficiency

Qualifications and Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of relevant housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance required
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work with a diverse population
• Ability to follow procedures, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively across departments

The base pay range for this position is $35,360–$35,360 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
