Job Description
Reid’s Fine Foods is seeking seasonal gifting employees to support holiday production operations. This role follows a standing 8:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule and requires dependable attendance, accurate work, and consistent compliance with supervisor direction. Employees must maintain a respectful, organized, and safety-focused work environment while completing assigned production before the end of each shift. Additional hours may be available during November and December.
Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned production and obtain Supervisor approval before the end of the shift.
- Follow Supervisor direction, prioritize accuracy over speed, and keep the work area neat and orderly.
- Keep electronics turned off and out of sight during work hours, minimize personal phone calls, and maintain confidentiality.
- Take the designated 30-minute unpaid lunch between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM when dismissed by the Supervisor, clocking in and out as required; receive a 10-minute break for every 4 hours worked.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Dependable attendance for the standing 8:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule; arriving more than 15 minutes late is considered a tardy.
- Any schedule change, sick leave, or absence must be addressed with and approved by the Supervisor; after 3 unexcused absences or tardies, expulsion may occur.
- Wear appropriate warehouse attire, comfortable closed-toe shoes, and a jacket, while following all dress and personal appearance guidelines.
- Demonstrate a respectful, positive, and considerate attitude toward coworkers and represent Reid’s Fine Foods professionally.
