Job Description
We are seeking an operator responsible for learning all aspects of the production operation such as loading/unloading bulk sugar, melt processing, and packaging by performing the following duties.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for equipment start up and observation of possible malfunctions
- Reports malfunctions to supervisor and makes minor adjustments or repairs (i.e. opening valves)
- Execute melt, bulk load/unloading, and packaging processes according to process/procedure
- Performs quality control in accordance to standardized process/procedure
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of warehouse or relevant experience

The base salary range for this position is from $18-$19 an hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
