Job Description
We are seeking a dependable General Laborer to support daily facility and production needs through cleaning, sweeping, grinding, and various small projects. This position is hands-on and requires someone who is comfortable performing physical tasks and working safely in an industrial environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and willing to assist with a variety of tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Sweep and clean work areas, equipment, and surrounding facilities
- Perform grinding and other basic material preparation tasks
- Assist with small maintenance, cleanup, and improvement projects
- Move materials, tools, and supplies as needed
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial experience preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving materials
- Comfortable using basic hand tools and performing grinding or similar tasks
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively with a team

The base pay range for this position is $16.75 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
