Job Description
Our client is seeking a General Maintenance Technician for a year-round position supporting facility operations and grounds maintenance. The role includes landscaping and general building maintenance throughout the year, with snow and ice removal responsibilities during the winter season. Because snow events are weather-dependent, candidates must be flexible and available to work outside normal business hours when needed to keep the facilities safe and accessible.
Responsibilities
- Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance during the spring, summer, and fall
- Remove snow and ice during winter weather events
- Complete general building maintenance and facility upkeep
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Respond to snow events with flexible scheduling as needed
Qualifications and Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts during snow events
