Job Description for Front Desk Representative:
The Representative will provide effective and efficient handling of onsite walk ins from or to Security Health plan members, providers, and colleagues ensuring a positive experience for all members in a fun and fast-paced atmosphere.
Responsibilities for Front Desk Representative:
- Greeting members
- Troubleshooting member questions
- Answering phone calls
- General administration tasks
Qualifications and Requirements for Member Experience Navigator:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in high level customer service environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Webex).
