Job Description
An industry leader is seeking an FP&A Supervisor to join their Omaha team. This role is perfect for a finance professional who enjoys problem-solving, mentoring others, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and support a small team of accountants responsible for GAAP reporting
• Review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy
• Coordinate and support audit activities with internal teams and external auditors
• Oversee tax provisions, allocations, reinsurance activity, and related financial processes
• Analyze variances and provide solutions or recommendations to leadership

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 3+ years of accounting, financial reporting, or FP&A experience
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and financial reporting tools
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy

The base salary range for this position is $70,000- $85,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
