Job Description
Join a dynamic finance and accounting team with many future growth opportunities. In this position, you will manage forecasting and planning processes, prepare consolidated financial reports, and support cost analysis efforts. You'll work closely with team leaders to ensure timely and accurate financial data. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow within a collaborative and professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Compile monthly and annual forecasts and budgets
- Prepare month-end reporting, consolidations, and profit and loss statements for business units
- Interpret financial data and provide actionable insights to the accounting team
- Prepare audit work papers, reconcile accounts, handle sales tax filings, and assist with cash management and collections
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business
- 2+ years’ experience in general and manufacturing cost accounting
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of IFS is a plus

The base pay range for this position is $60,000–$80,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
