As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments. You will coordinate with internal departments, manage vendor communications, and support audits and month-end closing. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
· Receive, review, and process vendor invoices in a timely manner
· Prepare and execute payments via checks, ACH, and wire transfers
· Coordinate with departments for invoice approvals and payment updates
· Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment-related issues
· Reconcile transactions and assist with audit and month-end tasks

Qualifications and Requirements:
· Prior experience in accounts payable
· Familiarity with ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA experience is a plus
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related software
