What you’ll be doing
Prepare recurring monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Analyze financial and operational data to support business decision-making
Assist with forecasting processes and annual budget preparation
Monitor performance against budget and identify variances
Perform ad-hoc financial modeling and project analysis
Identify opportunities for cost control and expense reduction
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams
What they’re looking for
2+ years of experience in financial analysis or similar role
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Advanced Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables, data analysis)
Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly
