Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Final Quality Auditor to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will perform final visual inspections on finished products to determine acceptance or rejection based on customer specifications, quality standards, and internal procedures. This position plays a critical role in ensuring only quality products are released for shipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform final visual inspections of finished products using established acceptance criteria.
- Interpret customer specifications, quality instructions, and internal procedures.
- Maintain accurate inspection and auditing records.
- Provide feedback to supervisors and quality personnel regarding quality concerns.
- Support other departments by assisting with visual inspections and quality-related activities.
- Conduct additional inspection and testing processes as required, including visual sorting, gauge sorting, and other quality verification methods.
- Verify documentation and ensure shipment paperwork is complete and accurate.
- Work closely with shipping and production teams to ensure products are inspected and released on schedule.
- Utilize inspection materials and hand tools while following quality and safety procedures.
- Cross-train in additional quality functions as business needs require.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous quality inspection, auditing, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret written work instructions and quality documentation.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to use inspection tools and perform repetitive visual inspections.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed to support production and shipping schedules.
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings.

The base salary for this position is $20.10 per hour, training on 1st for $18 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Final compensation will depend on skills, qualifications, experience, and internal pay equity.
