Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in housekeeping, warehouse, facilities, operations, maintenance, logistics, or a related field.
- Experience managing facility upkeep, cleaning standards, inventory, maintenance schedules, fleet needs, and security procedures.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of safety practices, facility inspections, and basic maintenance procedures.
- Ability to supervise hourly employees and hold teams accountable.
- Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, work orders, inventory tracking, or maintenance systems.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, if responsible for fleet oversight.
Preferred:
- Experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, hospitality, or commercial facilities environment.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
- Experience working with vendors and maintenance contractors.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, climb, and inspect indoor and outdoor facility areas.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Comfortable working in warehouse, maintenance, and operational environments.
- Ability to respond to facility issues, emergencies, or urgent maintenance needs.
