Job Description:
As an Event Warehouse Associate, you will support event operations by handling, preparing, repairing, and transporting furniture and equipment for trade shows and special events. This role is essential to maintaining product quality, inventory accuracy, and successful event execution.
Weekend work is required based on business needs. Overtime may be available with manager approval. Work will take place at various convention and event centers throughout the area.
Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and transport furniture and event materials safely
- Pick, stage, and prepare items for delivery and event setup
- Move materials using carts and equipment in warehouse and event environments
- Inspect, clean, repair, and assemble furniture for reuse
- Perform basic repairs and ensure items meet quality standards
- Tag, store, and track inventory; assist with cycle counts
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and work area
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse, moving, event setup, or repair experience preferred
- Ability to use basic hand tools and perform minor repairs
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting)
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends

Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
