Job Description
Our client in Wooster, Ohio is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations at a growing electric vehicle battery assembly facility. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and production equipment to help reduce downtime and keep operations running safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical maintenance experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems, machinery, and production equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections to reduce downtime and support efficient operations
• Diagnose equipment issues and make necessary repairs in a timely and safe manner
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and maintenance procedures
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and equipment performance

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Previous electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and repair electrical equipment issues
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and safe work procedures
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, accuracy, and equipment reliability
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and repair electrical equipment issues
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and safe work procedures
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, accuracy, and equipment reliability
