Responsibilities:
Design and develop electronic circuits and systems based on defined product requirements
Build, test, and refine prototypes to ensure performance and durability in real-world applications
Collaborate with mechanical, production, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product integration
Support transition from design to manufacturing, ensuring consistency and cost-efficiency
Drive improvements in product reliability, validation processes, and testing methods
Ensure designs meet regulatory, safety, and EMC/EMI compliance standards
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for designs and processes
Assist in troubleshooting field issues and provide technical support post-deployment
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and mentor less experienced engineers where applicable
