Ownership is seeking someone who knows how to develop strong leaders, establish disciplined processes, and drive profitability through operational excellence. You'll work directly with an entrepreneurial ownership team that values accountability, authenticity, and continuous improvement. What You Will Do
- Take ownership of a growing division overseeing commercial and residential services, including all operations from start to finish.
- Lead and develop a team of operational managers responsible for multiple field crews, establishing clear expectations, accountability, and consistent execution across the division.
- Own divisional P&L performance, with a strong emphasis on gross profit, labor efficiency, equipment utilization, controllable expenses, and overall operational profitability.
- Build and refine standardized processes that improve crew productivity, service quality, scheduling, and consistency across customer properties.
- Work closely with ownership, sales, account management, and fleet leadership
- Serve as a visible, hands-on leader who spends meaningful time in the field coaching/ leading staff
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience within a blue coller environment – landscaping, maintenance, construction etc…
- Demonstrated success leading and developing other managers, supervisors, and field operations teams
- Strong understanding of divisional P&L management, budgeting
- Experience establishing repeatable processes and driving operational improvements
- Confident, personable leadership style with the ability to communicate effectively, coach employees, and hold teams accountable
- Experience managing multiple, large teams and employees (50-100+)
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on field leadership and timely decision-making
- Experience operating within a growing organization and helping scale teams, systems, or service divisions preferred
