Job Description
An established Lincoln organization is seeking an experienced Finance professional to lead its accounting and financial operations and serve as a key financial partner to executive leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both the hands-on and leadership sides of finance. You’ll take ownership of a significant annual budgeting process, oversee accounting and financial reporting, lead the business office, and help ensure compliance across multiple programs and affiliated entities.

What You’ll Do
- Develop, Assemble, and Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process
- Oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, AP/AR, payroll, and audit preparation
- Manage and develop finance/business office staff
- Support regulatory compliance, funding, and financial policies
- Present financial information to leadership and key stakeholders
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
- Strong accounting and finance leadership experience
- Hands-on experience building and managing a large annual budget
- Financial reporting and audit preparation experience
- Nonprofit, governmental, or regulated-industry experience preferred
- CPA, Yardi, or public-sector experience is a plus
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Lincoln
