Job Description
The Digital Press Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining digital printing equipment while ensuring production and quality standards are met. This position requires attention to detail, technical knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will monitor print quality, complete customer orders accurately, and perform routine equipment maintenance. Candidates should be dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working with production software and machinery.
Responsibilities:
· Operate digital print equipment and related software for production operations
· Monitor production runs to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
· Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed
· Maintain accurate production records and material usage documentation
· Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications and Requirements:
· High school diploma or GED required
· Previous print industry experience preferred
· Proficiency with Mac and Windows operating systems
· Ability to read measuring tools and perform basic math calculations
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

The base pay range for this position is $18.00–$30.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
