Job Description
Join a modernization initiative that supports a critical public-facing service. This role is focused on transitioning a legacy enterprise system to a cloud-based platform to improve performance, reliability, and security. As a member of the development team, you will collaborate in an Agile environment to support a full migration lifecycle, including code updates, data transformation, and QA testing support.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to migrate legacy CRM functionality to a cloud-based platform
- Develop and update application components using scripting and modern configuration practices
- Resolve functional and compatibility issues identified during testing
- Support data migration efforts and convert system reports using current standards and frameworks
- Assist with deployments, validations, and environment progression through development, testing, and production
Qualifications and Requirements:
- At least 3 years of professional experience supporting CRM implementations or upgrades
- Proficiency with cloud CRM platforms, scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript), and system configuration
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based task tracking
- Ability to provide accurate time estimates and complete work within sprint deadlines
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and resolving QA-reported issues

The Pay Rate range for this position is $36 – $41 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
