Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for day-to-day contact with assigned customers. This includes processing emails, online orders, faxes, and handling high-volume daily calls. In addition, the Customer Service Representative will assist Management and Regional Sales Managers with administrative and account maintenance support.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for day-to-day contact with assigned customers. This includes processing emails, online orders, faxes, and handling high-volume daily calls. In addition, the Customer Service Representative will assist Management and Regional Sales Managers with administrative and account maintenance support.
Responsibilities:
• Efficient processing of customer orders received daily by fax, email, online ordering, and telephone
• Handle or channel customer requests, questions, and complaints in a professional manner
• Process account updates, debits, credits, and maintain customer account files
• Assist Management and Regional Sales Managers with administrative support tasks
• Set up new customer accounts and maintain accurate records
• Manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service
• Complete additional office and departmental support duties as assigned
• Handle or channel customer requests, questions, and complaints in a professional manner
• Process account updates, debits, credits, and maintain customer account files
• Assist Management and Regional Sales Managers with administrative support tasks
• Set up new customer accounts and maintain accurate records
• Manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service

Qualifications and Requirements:
• 1–2 years of customer service or administrative experience preferred
• Strong telephone and communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and email systems
• Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
