Job Description
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily operations at their Painesville, OH location. This role handles A/P and A/R functions including calling on past-due accounts, processing checks, opening mail and supporting other departments internally as needed. Requires a high level of reliability and attention to detail.
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily operations at their Painesville, OH location. This role handles A/P and A/R functions including calling on past-due accounts, processing checks, opening mail and supporting other departments internally as needed. Requires a high level of reliability and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- A/P and A/R functions including calling on past-due accounts
- Open physical and monitor digital mail to distribute as needed
- Process checks and electronic payments and record into BankQuickBooks
- Complete administrative tasks such as basic filing and data entry
- Support leadershipexecutive team with special tasksprojects as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- QuickBooks and Excel experience necessary
- Knowledge of Bookkeeping is a plus
- Strong phone presence and written communication skills
- Great attention to detail, self-motivation and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office other products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening
