Job Description
Become an integral part of the team by sourcing and recruiting qualified CDL drivers. Communication will be key with the internal team along with keeping applicants updated along the way.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and recruiting qualified CDL drivers
- Managing applicants through Tenstreet from application to hire
- Conducting initial screenings and coordinating follow-ups
- Working closely with safety/compliance to ensure proper onboarding documentation
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Prior recruiting experience specifically within the trucking/transportation industry
- Proven experience recruiting CDL drivers (OTR and Regional)
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations and driver qualification requirements
- Hands-on experience using Tenstreet (including applicant tracking, IntelliApp, Xchange, and onboarding workflows)

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $60,000 – $75,000, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
