Job Description
A large public sector entity is seeking a Labor Associate to join their team. This role is responsible for general maintenance, personnel and furniture relocation, and operational support for facility upkeep. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new skills while contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks as needed
- Relocate personnel and furniture within the facility
- Operate small gas engines such as blowers and pressure washers
- Document and report maintenance activities
- Assist with painting and other maintenance duties as required
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and follow directions
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn new maintenance techniques and procedures
