Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused CT Technologist to join our imaging team. In this role, you will perform high-quality CT scans while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and compliance with all regulatory standards. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
- Accurately position patients and operate CT equipment to obtain diagnostic images
- Administer contrast media when applicable and monitor for adverse reactions
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Follow all radiation safety and infection control protocols
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to support patient care
Qualifications and Requirements
- ARRT (R) certification required
- ARRT (CT) certification preferred (or required depending on facility)
- Texas Medical Board (TMB) license required
- BLS certification (AHA preferred)
- Minimum [1+ year] CT experience preferred (new grads may be considered)
- Experience with ENT a plus
