Job Description
Join a well-established manufacturing company in a leadership role where you’ll oversee CNC setup operations, coordinate workflow, and support team development. This position plays a key role in maintaining production efficiency, quality, and organization on the shop floor.

Responsibilities:
- Set up CNC machines and verify part measurements meet specifications
- Manage work order flow, prioritization, and machine utilization
- Coordinate materials and communicate priorities across teams
- Ensure proper program loading, revisions, and print alignment
- Confirm fixturing, tooling, and setup accuracy
- Maintain daily machine checklists and organized work areas
- Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives
- Train, mentor, and support production team members
- Assist with onboarding and skills development
- Promote safety, efficiency, and quality standards
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3+ years of CNC operator and setup experience
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience
- Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Leadership or training experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety

The base salary for this position is up to $26/hr. based on experience, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
