Job Description
An established manufacturing company is seeking a reliable CNC Operator to operate and monitor CNC equipment while producing parts that meet quality and production standards. In this role, you will load materials, inspect finished parts, make minor machine adjustments, and help identify equipment or quality concerns. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented candidate with CNC or manufacturing experience who takes pride in producing quality work.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines throughout production runs
- Load raw materials and unload finished parts safely and efficiently
- Inspect completed parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools to verify specifications
- Make minor machine-setting adjustments and report equipment malfunctions or quality issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Prior CNC or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read basic blueprints and specifications
- Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and product quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to pasds pre-employment drug screen & background check

The base pay range for this position is $20–$23 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
