Job Description
Team1Medical is seeking a dual-certified Cardiac Sonographer to join a cardiology clinic in Katy. This opportunity is ideal for a patient-focused professional with experience performing both echocardiograms and vascular ultrasound studies.
Responsibilities:
- Perform echocardiograms and vascular ultrasound studies as ordered by providers.
- Obtain quality diagnostic images, document findings, and prepare studies for physician interpretation.
- Explain procedures, position patients, and monitor patient comfort throughout examinations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow clinic protocols for equipment care, infection control, and safety.
- Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to support efficient patient care.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Current certifications in both echocardiography and vascular sonography.
- Experience performing echo and vascular studies.
- Strong understanding of cardiac and vascular anatomy and ultrasound techniques.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and patient care skills.
