Job Description
A recycling and manufacturing facility in Cherryville is seeking a dependable Baler Operator to support daily production operations involving recycled yarn materials. This role is responsible for operating baling equipment, preparing materials for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and following all safety procedures. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
· Operate baling equipment to compress and prepare recycled yarn materials for shipment
· Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area
· Monitor product quality and ensure materials meet production specifications
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety procedures
· Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support daily production goals

Qualifications and Requirements:

The pay range for this position is $33,280–$35,360 annually, excluding bonuses or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
